Protein Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1C Oats 
  • 1 scoop The Womens Protein Co Vanilla Protein
  • 1/2C frozen or fresh berries 
  • 1C water
  • 1/2C milk
  • drizzle of nut butter

Method:

1. Bring the water and milk to a boil
2. Once it is bubbling, add the oats with the vanilla protein powder and cook until the oats are done. 
3. Transfer into a bowl and add the berries and nut butter if desired.
