Choc Chip Muffins


  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk (plant milk or regular milk)
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips 


1. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees celcius and line a muffin tin with muffin holders. 

2. In a large mixing bowl, add your dry ingredients and mix well. Then add the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined. Stir through your chocolate chips. 


3. Divide the batter amongst the muffin tins and bake for 10-15 minutes- Check at 10 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes, before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
